Corrispettivi Pro reads your store's orders and builds a day-by-day sales report, split by payment method: what Italian accounting calls "corrispettivi". Check the totals in the preview, then download a tidy Excel file.
How it works
Install the app
Corrispettivi Pro looks at your orders from the last 90 days and creates a column for each payment method you use: PayPal, Stripe, cash on delivery, bank transfer, Satispay and more.
Pick a period
Choose a month or a date range and click Preview: one row per day, one column per payment method, plus the total.
Download the Excel file
The XLSX file has the same figures as the preview, dd/mm/yyyy dates and SUM formulas. It's ready to send to your accountant.

One column per payment method
Each day's takings are split by payment gateway, with row and column totals.
Automatic columns
Columns are created from the payment methods your store actually uses. You can rename them, delete them or add your own.
Gateway mapping
Choose which column each gateway goes into. Anything left unmapped goes into the Other column.
Reporting day
Assign amounts to the day the order was created or to the day the payment was actually captured.
Order filters
Period, amount, payment status, sales channel, tags, country, region, province, city and customer type.
Preview before you download
Check the totals and order count on screen. Test orders and cancelled orders are left out.

Your data stays on Shopify
The app only asks for permission to read orders and never changes anything in your store. Orders are not stored on our servers: we only keep your spreadsheet settings, which are deleted automatically after you uninstall.

How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular store invoice: 4.99 USD per month, plus VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
Does the app submit my daily takings to the Italian Revenue Agency?
No. Corrispettivi Pro prepares the daily sales report you hand over to your accountant. Filing with the Agenzia delle Entrate remains up to you or your accountant.
Which payment methods are supported?
Any method that appears in your store's orders. PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, cash on delivery and bank transfer are recognised by name; any other method gets its own column under its name, which you can rename.
Can I create reports for past months?
Yes. The app asks for permission to read your entire order history, so you can also pick periods older than 60 days.
Are my store's orders stored anywhere?
No. Orders are read from Shopify only when you generate the preview or the file. The app only keeps your spreadsheet settings (columns and mappings).
Does it work with POS orders and other sales channels?
Yes. The report includes orders from every sales channel, and you can filter by channel if you need a separate report.
